Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services at blithequark, your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

Essential Qualifications

• 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens.
• 1 or more years of customer service experience.
• Residence in Wichita, KS, Baton Rouge, LA, Oklahoma City, OK, Omaha, NE, Hampton Roads, VA, or surrounding communities.
• High-speed internet connection available in your home.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• 1+ years of experience working in a sales-oriented role.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a non-call center environment.
