In this market and customer-facing role, the candidate will be directly responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with insurers, and at the same time, delivering excellent customer service, a fundamental Marsh corporate value.
The candidate will be joining Credit Specialties Greece, a team of 2 individuals located in Athens, servicing clients across region.

Bachelor’s degree in Businees Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in either Trade Credit Insurance, Trade Receivables, Factoring or Credit Analyst role
Preferably (but not necessary) previous experience in a client-facing role,
Ability to understand the client’s business, industry sector, key risks associated with their industry, credit insurance programs & service plans and develop a rapport with decision makers.
Knowledge and understanding of relevant insurers, third party service providers and their products and services and an awareness of competitors. Understanding of competitor capabilities, strengths and weaknesses.
Loves a challenge and possess a curious nature. A team player and possess good communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple work streams.
Competent in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software.
Responsible for Account Management of both local and global clients covering full spectrum of client services (renewal and non-renewal) in operational and strategic planning.
Ensure operational excellence, budget management and planning, reporting and compliance.
Maintain an understanding of the Client’s business and challenges, credit insurance programs and service plans. Identify the client’s trade credit needs and objectives. Submit coverage specifications and obtain quotes from Insurers, analyze quotes and provide analysis and recommendations. Ensure that coverage is bound and be responsible for the accuracy of bound programs.
Develop strong working relations with credit risks Insurers and or underwriters and clients including executive level in identifying risks and opportunities, provide recommendations and decision support for business strategy and performance.
Work closely with other Marsh offices for new opportunities, client referrals and share best practices.
Liaise with the various divisions within Marsh to provide Client service solutions
Participate in new business initiatives and manage new business opportunities and status updates.
Strive to deliver best practice, market leading service and solutions
Excellent people management, time management, presentation and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and written skills in English.
Highly motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills while concurrently being able to work proactively and work independently where required.
Positive attitude towards work and learning.
