CalPERS, the nation's largest public pension fund, is seeking a Costing & Elections Analyst in the Member Account Management Division. The role involves performing eligibility reviews and cost calculations for service credit purchase requests, as well as investigating and resolving inquiries of a sensitive nature.
Responsibilities
- Perform eligibility review and cost calculations of service credit purchase (SCP) requests
- Review, research, evaluate, correct, process, and maintain SCP elections
- Investigate and resolve difficult and sensitive cases and issues
- Respond to inquiries (i.e.: telephone, Workflow inquiries, etc.) of a difficult and sensitive nature and escalates to designated team members when appropriate

- The SOQ must be typed, titled 'Statement of Qualifications,' and each response must be numbered and list all relevant experience, education, and training, including places of employment, dates, and duties performed. The SOQ must not exceed two pages in length and must be in 11 point font
