Responsibilities
- Check video jobs into internal systems
- Convert media formats to meet department standards
- Synchronize video to transcripts and hyperlink exhibit files
- Process all Complex client orders accurately and on time
- Create transcript production media types for transcript deliverables
- Prioritize work effectively to meet job due date targets
- Collaborate with team members to ship deliverables on schedule
- Create clients for life by being proactive, responsive, and respectful in every interaction
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to plan work effectively
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain regular attendance
- Able to work under pressure
- Available to work weekends as necessary
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to push, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed
- Knowledge of digital media, video encoding, and authoring
