NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies, and they are seeking a Trade Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day coordination of marketing initiatives within the advertising ecosystem. This role involves creating marketing materials, developing trade marketing campaigns, and assisting with client events to drive awareness and enhance partnerships. Responsibilities - Create industry leading marketing materials, campaigns, client experiences and other B2B marketing tactics - Build and develop trade marketing campaigns that drive awareness of the benefits of being a partner (including sales materials, eblasts, sweepstakes, industry events & conferences, social campaigns, events and more) - Assist on client events (content strategy, event ideation, branding, premiums, list management & execution) in collaboration with Corporate Events - Develop immersive & one-of-a-kind experiences that help build sales relationships and positions the team as best-in-class in the marketplace - Assist the marketing manager and communications team with social media marketing efforts for the Advertising and Partnerships handles - Manage the RSVP and list gathering, analysis, and attendance reporting process for current events - Code and submit invoices - Create additional event-related collateral as needed (i.e. lookbooks, timelines, grids, recap decks, etc...) - Assisting with creating communication/social plans timelines for external events Skills - 1+ years of experience with an agency, client, media company, or sales organization background - Superior Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of other Microsoft Office programs; exposure to database tools, email marketing tools and/or Salesforce a plus - Demonstrated experience with design and proficiency Adobe Creative suite experience is a strong plus - Background in social media marketing, including content creation, editing and platform management is highly desirable - Meticulous with a keen eye for detail - Must be confident executing leadership's direction in a fast-paced workflow - Strong organization and project management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Exhibit core behaviors (e.g. clear and concise communication, client service, strategic thinking, problem-solving, detail oriented) - A self-starter and “Jack-of-all-trades” with a no task too big or too small attitude - Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and travel as needed to support event efforts Company Overview - DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. engages in the development, production, and exploitation of animated films and associated characters It was founded in 1994, and is headquartered in Glendale, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
