We are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategist to provide CRO strategy and recommendations only for websites and landing pages.
This is NOT a developer, designer, or full-stack role.
We do not need web development, heavy design work, or technical implementation.
What This Role IS
• CRO strategy and analysis
• Conversion-focused recommendations
• UX, messaging, funnel, and CTA optimization guidance
• Clear, actionable insights based on CRO best practices and data
What This Role Is NOT
• ❌ Full-stack development
• ❌ Front-end or back-end engineering
• ❌ Website builds or redesigns
• ❌ Heavy UI/visual design work
Responsibilities
• Audit existing websites and landing pages from a conversion perspective
• Identify friction points and drop-offs in the user journey
• Recommend improvements to layout, copy hierarchy, CTAs, forms, and flow
• Provide clear CRO reasoning behind each recommendation
• Focus on high-impact changes, not cosmetic tweaks
Required Experience
• Proven experience specifically in Conversion Rate Optimization strategy
• Strong understanding of user psychology, persuasion, and funnel optimization
• Ability to communicate CRO recommendations clearly and concisely
• Comfortable working independently on focused strategy tasks
Portfolio Requirement (Mandatory)
We will ONLY review applications that include a CRO portfolio.
Your portfolio must include:
• Websites or landing pages you worked on from a CRO standpoint
• Clear examples of conversion-focused strategy
Applications without a CRO portfolio will not be considered.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
