We are expanding our bench of experienced contract recruiters to support short- and long-term client engagements. This is an ideal opportunity for mid to senior recruiters who want flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful work—including professionals returning to the workforce, parents seeking schedule control, or recruiters who simply prefer contract-based engagements. You’ll work directly with ProMotion Talent Partners and our clients as a trusted recruiting partner, owning searches end-to-end and making a real impact on growing GTM teams. About the Role We’re seeking experienced Contract GTM Recruiters to lead full-cycle hiring for revenue-critical roles across Sales and Pre-Sales teams at high-growth SaaS companies. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, bring structure and clarity to the hiring process, and proactively identify top talent in competitive markets. This role is best suited for recruiters who are confident operating independently, comfortable advising stakeholders, and energized by delivering high-quality hires—not just filling seats. What You’ll Do • Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles (e.g., Account Executives, Value Engineers, etc.) across SaaS and technology clients • Build and maintain strong, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on talent profiles, and guide interview processes • Conduct thoughtful, high-quality candidate interviews and manage consistent communication throughout the process • Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance • Continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruiting workflows to improve speed, quality, and outcomes What You’ll Bring • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for tech or SaaS GTM roles • Experience supporting high-growth startups or scaling teams in fast-paced environments • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage and influence passive candidates • Confidence partnering with hiring managers and providing clear, data-informed guidance • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills • Comfort using recruiting tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse or similar) • A consultative mindset and a high bar for quality, professionalism, and follow-through Why Work With Us • Flexible contract engagements—work when and how it fits your life • Autonomy and trust—you own your work and your results • High-quality clients and roles—no transactional recruiting • Supportive partnership—you’re not just a name on a req list • Opportunity to build long-term relationships and ongoing contract work
