Responsibilities
- Review, negotiate, and maintain various agreements with potential counterparties, vendors, and consultants, including confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and engagement letters
- Assist in related project-based work, including creating and maintaining various contract templates, training guidelines, and process documents
Skills
- A bachelor's degree is required
- A demonstrated record of professional and/or academic achievement
- One to three years of work experience
- An interest in learning more about legal and commercial risks
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Proven editing, proofreading, and project-management skills
- A keen attention to detail
