We're an AI automation firm working with a health and wellness client that needs automated content workflows built and producing brand-ready output.
The work covers three content channels:
1. Blog-to-Video: Taking existing blog content, generating AI avatar videos via HeyGen, and publishing to YouTube. The automation flow exists in Make.com but the output needs to be polished and on-brand, not generic. You'll need to refine the script generation, avatar selection, voice selection, and ensure the final videos are something a client would actually want on their channel.
2. Newsletter Automation: Automating newsletter creation and distribution from existing blog/content assets.
3. Blog Content Automation: Supporting the automated pipeline for blog publishing and repurposing.
What we're looking for:
- Strong Make.com experience (scenarios, webhooks, API integrations)
- Experience with HeyGen or similar AI video tools
- YouTube API / publishing automation experience
- Newsletter platform experience (Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, or similar)
- A content or marketing background... you understand what makes a video or newsletter actually good, not just technically functional
This is not a one-off build. We need someone who can own these content automation workflows, iterate on quality, and deliver outputs that are client-ready without heavy oversight.
Requirements:
- U.S. or Mexico based only
- Independent freelancers only. If you're working through an agency or outsourcing the work, this isn't the right fit.
- You must include a 2-minute Loom walkthrough of a content automation you've built. Applications without a video will not be reviewed.
