We are searching for a Compliance Manager who can elevate our processes, lead a global team, and help strengthen the operational backbone of our Healthcare Staffing, Commercial Staffing, and Employer of Record divisions.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 5 Compliance Analysts
• Oversee all onboarding, credentialing, compliance, and risk-management functions across three staffing divisions
• Evaluate and improve existing compliance workflows, documentation, and controls
• Partner with leadership to automate manual processes and implement scalable systems
• Ensure alignment with Joint Commission standards and all federal, state, and client-specific requirements
• Support both operational leaders and clients with timely, accurate compliance information
• Individually manage a compliance desk, performing hands-on onboarding and credentialing work alongside your team
• Collaborate directly with end clients to understand their compliance needs and deliver a fully compliant workforce using a methodical, customer-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years of staffing industry experience (healthcare or commercial strongly preferred)
• 1+ year of experience as a Compliance Manager or similar leadership role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of credentialing, onboarding, audits, and regulatory requirements
• A process-driven mindset with a passion for organization, accuracy, and continuous improvement
• Collaborative leadership style and strong communication skills
