ReClym is an early-stage startup (fundraising) on a mission to reimagine the operational backbone of mental health and wellness. Therapists spend enormous energy navigating insurer reimbursements, outdated workflows, and fragmented systems. Our goal is to become the OS for Wellness & Mental Health, starting by fixing one of the biggest pain points in the industry: insurance reimbursement.
We’re building tools that enable therapists to confidently accept insurance, streamline compliance, and ultimately increase access to affordable mental healthcare. We've recently agreed to work with 16+ providers for our upcoming beta and want you to be a part of this.
The Role:
We’re looking for a full-stack (founding) engineer / CTO to join as one of our earliest team members. You’ll work directly with the founder and a well-known healthcare advisor to shape the product, tech, and culture from day one. This is a true founding-level role with high ownership, high autonomy, and high impact.
Compensation: Equity-first, with salary introduced post-fundraise.
What You’ll Do:
• Architect, build, and ship core platform features across the stack
• Translate real-world workflows into intuitive product experiences
• Build scalable APIs, dashboards, and integrations
• Define engineering direction, best practices, and technical culture
• Rapidly prototype and iterate with users and partners
• Influence product strategy based on real-world feedback
Who You Are:
• Interested in or personally experienced with mental healthcare or wellness.
• 1 - 4 years full-stack development experience (or strong project/startup experience)
• Experience with healthcare tools, HIPAA, RCM, insurance billing systems, or compliance
• Comfortable with React/Next.js, Node/Python, Postgres, , Claude Code, OpenAI (GPT-4.x/5.x), STT, LLM automation pipelines, Document parsing + OCR/NLP workflows
