Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Public Cloud solutions and services
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing, alliance, and technical teams to build go-to-market strategies
Customer Engagement:
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
- Understand customer needs and pain points to propose tailored Public Cloud solutions
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution presentation, negotiation, and closing deals
Solution Expertise:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of hyperscaler cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI and Security solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering guidance on best practices and value-driven cloud adoption strategies
Collaboration & Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with cloud provider teams (AWS, Microsoft, Google) and technology partners to align on joint opportunities
- Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and solution delivery success
Performance & Reporting:
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Provide regular forecasts and performance updates to leadership
- Track and analyze sales metrics to continuously improve sales effectiveness
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in inside sales, business development, or appointment generation role for enterprise accounts with cloud services
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Strong listening, objection handling, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take rejections, and continuously learn and improve
- Empathy and a solution-oriented sales approach
