ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional credentialing (RN, BSN, MSN, CCP, PA, etc.) preferred.
Sales Support:
- Provide clinical expertise during all phases of the sales process to include but not limited to clinical presentations during sales calls, the management and ownership of the clinical evaluation at prospected hospital accounts, and the review and presentation of evaluation and publication data required to help close the sale in these accounts.
Account Development:
- Provide go-live and on-going support to customers.
- Manage all initial and ongoing clinical interpretation training and establishment of a multiple sample protocol with clinical end-users of the Quantra.
- Provide additional Quantra operator training as a means of supplementing and supporting the customer training provided by the Clinical Applications Specialist.
- Provide ongoing customer support to the laboratory and point of care team by providing proficiency training to laboratory personnel and clinicians, and additional laboratory and point of care support as needed.
- Identify expansion opportunities and increase product utilization within new and existing accounts to enable HemoSonics to become the standard of care for bleeding management.
- KOL and Reference Account Development: Identify key accounts/key opinion leaders/product champions to serve as “reference sites” for potential new customers and/or conferences. Collaborate with Sales and Clinical Affairs for development activities.
- Provide customer feedback to Sales and Marketing regarding product enhancements, service, and policies.
- Increase professional and clinical knowledge/competency by attending Clinical Specialist team meetings reviewing and presenting case studies and journal club publication reviews.
- Attending ongoing sales and marketing training.
- Perform all assigned administrative responsibilities (monthly reports, conference summaries, expense reports, etc.).
- Achieve defined revenue goals.
- Work collaboratively with HemoSonics personnel as requested on special projects.
KEY COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge of perioperative bleeding management and/or critical care medicine and/or surgery.
- Excellent communication, effective time-management, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong technical/clinical aptitude to understand and train customers and users on products (including running the Quantra solution and understanding application of results).
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in health care related discipline (Life Sciences, Nursing, Perfusion, Anesthesia) and 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in critical care, surgery, and/or diagnostics; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in execution of clinical education and training programs and/or sales background.
- Clinical experience in critical care areas of the hospital/OR, with emphasis on coagulation and hemostasis preferred.
- Professional credentialing (RN, CCP, PA, etc.) preferred.

- This position is a fully remote position in a location with proximity to a US airport or assigned location of HemoSonics, LLC. Looking for candidates in the North East, including Eastern PA, NY, or NJ.
- This position will involve US Domestic travel to customer sites as needed, up to 80%. Travel may be required on days other than designated workdays depending on the needs of the customers and business.

- Walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per day during sales calls or when attending conferences.
- Maintain a Valid US Driver’s License with sufficient documentation required for travel within the US.
- Drive a vehicle and/or use other travel means as needed to navigate to visit potential customer and client locations.
- Lift/Carry up 50lbs.
