We work quietly and precisely alongside coaches, performance staff, and executives to ensure high-capacity environments remain stable under pressure. Our work is relational as much as it is technical. This role exists to protect that relational layer. Role Overview The Client Support Manager serves as the onsite relationship steward for Hickson Optimal Elite Group engagements. This contractor conducts regular in-person facility visits, maintains visible presence with key stakeholders, ensures services are being delivered to agreed standards, and reinforces partnership continuity across departments. You will not selling, rather - safeguarding alignment. In other words, you help ensure that what was promised is felt, seen, and functioning on the ground and across the entire organization. Core Responsibilities Onsite Relationship Management - Conduct scheduled onsite check-ins at client facilities - Serve as a professional and composed representative of Hickson Optimal Elite Group - Reinforce communication clarity between client staff and our internal team Service Delivery Oversight - Identify friction points or breakdowns in execution - Provide structured feedback to leadership at Hickson Optimal Elite Group - Track continuity of deliverables across the competitive season Client Experience Stewardship - Coordinate and deliver branded merchandise, seasonal materials, and client appreciation items - Support milestone moments (season openers, playoffs, return-to-play windows, etc.) - Maintain high-touch, thoughtful relationship gestures without being intrusive Signal Reporting - Submit concise post-visit summaries - Flag risks early, especially around relationship drift or service slippage - Maintain professional documentation of touchpoints and follow-ups Qualifications - Strong interpersonal intelligence and situational awareness - Ability to navigate multiple departments without overstepping authority - High discretion and confidentiality standards Personal Attributes - Observant without being invasive - Relationally intelligent - Detail-oriented You understand that culture is fragile & you move accordingly! We are present inside of that interval, reading what the body is carrying before it surfaces as consequence. Our practitioners are not consultants in the practical sense. Think of the 2010 Christopher Nolan film Inception: a team trained to enter the layers of a system that no one else can access, moving through it without disturbing the surface, reading what lives underneath, and bringing back intelligence that changes every decision made above it. Our practitioners operate with that same quality of depth. They are calibrated instruments, with nervous systems developed to the standard required to detect, process, and interpret what the somatic layer reveals in real time, under real load, across the unpredictable conditions of a full competitive season. The intelligence they generate feeds directly back into the data infrastructure already in place, sharpening its vision and surfacing signals it is architecturally unable to produce on its own. We build nervous system profiles longitudinally. We forecast state trajectories before they arrive at consequence, & with mysteriously precise accuracy. We bring that same precision to scouting & roster decisions, reading the nervous systems that will be asked to perform, analyzing the autonomic range an athlete has.
