Job purpose :
The Client Success Assistant supports the Director of Client Success by ensuring smooth operations across multiple communities, with a particular focus on monitoring at-risk properties and assisting with transitions, meetings, and success plans. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and community boards to deliver top-tier client satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor and Update the Watchlist Tracker.
- Assist in the Creation and Execution of Client Success Plans.
- Monitor Community Manager Transitions.
- Attend Board Meetings and Check-Ins.
- Coordinate the Execution of the 90-Day Transition Plan.
- Assist in Post-Mortem Exit Analysis.
- Creation of Playbooks and Resource Materials.
- Follow-Up with Internal Teams.
- Assist in Resolving Client Issues.
- Assist in Process Improvement and Documentation.
- Monitor Progress on Success Plans and Transitions.
- Support in Tracking Metrics and Reporting.
Contribute to Departmental Initiatives.
Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
