You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing high-ticket sales opportunities, while collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-channel lead generation strategy, incorporating email marketing, social media, and networking to drive new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Promote and sell agency services, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams and departments
- Analyze market trends, track sales performance, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Draft client services agreements, manage client onboarding, and ensure a smooth handover to our client services and finance teams
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements to continuously improve performance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in a professional services or agency environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in high-ticket sales
- Working knowledge of CRM programs, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
