We provide: Monthly bookkeeping Payroll Advanced tax planning CFO advisory Proactive quarterly strategy All services under one roof We are building the #1 advisory firm for dentists — and we are looking for a strategic relationship builder to help us expand our Dental Division. The Role We are hiring a Business Development Consultant – Dental Division to help us nurture, grow, and expand relationships within the dental industry. This is not cold calling random businesses. This is strategic relationship building with: Dental practice owners DSOs Dental consultants Dental CPA partners Dental event organizers Industry vendors Your role is to open doors, build trust, and position our firm as the go-to tax and advisory partner for dentists. Key Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships within the dental industry Develop referral partnerships with dental consultants and vendors Attend and represent the company at dental events (virtual and in-person) Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent relationship touchpoints Track outreach and partnerships in CRM Collaborate with marketing to create dental-specific campaigns Identify speaking opportunities at dental conferences Help build our pipeline toward 600+ dental clients Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: Has experience in business development or relationship management Understands the dental industry (huge plus) Has strong communication and networking skills Is confident speaking with high-income practice owners Is proactive and strategic Thinks long-term relationship building, not quick wins Is organized and KPI-driven Bonus Points If You: Have worked in dental consulting, dental SaaS, or dental finance Have an existing network in the dental space Understand tax planning or financial advisory services What Success Looks Like Strategic dental partnerships formed Consistent referral pipeline Increased booked strategy calls from dental relationships Speaking opportunities secured Growth in recurring dental clients
