JOB TITLE: Business Analyst (Remote)  EMPLOYER: AssistRx  DEPARTMENT: Implementation Team  REPORTS TO: Manager, or Associate Director or Director of Business Analysis  EFFECTIVE / REVISED DATE: 10/20/2024  REVIEW DATE: 10/20/2024   SUMMARY: The Business Analyst will be responsible for successfully collecting complete and accurate business requirements from stakeholders, recommending solutions, and providing the necessary documentation (user stories, wireframes, technical specifications, etc.) to development in order to achieve smooth software implementations that meet or exceed expectations; working on a variety of projects, and working closely with our stakeholder(s), as well as internal teams (including, but not limited to, Project Managers, Development, QA, Sales, and Executive Leadership), in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Creates and documents clear user stories that meet the stakeholder(s) requirements and expectations. - Effectively manages stakeholder(s) communications and expectations. - Able to function as subject matter expert to support products and project teams. - Shares knowledge with team members and fosters a collaborative experience. - Works as a team player and leader in order to effectively coordinate across functional teams.  - Collaborates with Product Management to balance product vision. - Acts as the voice of the end user in order to recommend and deliver best-in-class solutions. - Develops documentation that accurately reflects stakeholder(s) needs and is clearly defined for Development and QA teams (i.e., business requirements, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, test plans, etc.).  - Collaborates in the creation of integration documentation, creates process flow diagrams, and conducts gap analyses. - Acts in a respectful and courteous manner that can be a role model for others. - Ability to be a self-starter with limited oversight and direction.  - Performs other related duties as assigned by management.   SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: - This job has no supervisory responsibilities.   QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - 3 - 4 years of experience in software development projects, including client facing projects. - Passion for making a difference in patients’ lives and reducing the administrative burden on physician offices. - Proficiency with MS Office suite of products (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, etc.)  - Agile software development experience. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Organizational and time management skills. - Continuous process improvement skills. - Partnering and problem-solving mindset. - Specialty pharmacy industry experience preferred.   COMPETENCIES: - Diversity - Shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences;
