Requirements:
• Reside in PA, FL, MD, VA, or WV
• Be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Have a proven customer service background
• Enjoy helping others and working as part of a team
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and confidently
• Have a pleasant and polished phone voice
• Demonstrate above-average spelling skills
• Type at least 40 words per minute
• Meet work-from-home requirements, including:
• High-speed wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
• A separate, quiet workspace free from noises and distractions
• Be flexible and able to work the required schedule (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Sunday 3p-11p Eastern. Flexibility Required)
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (a requirement of employment)
