B2B Lead Research & Appointment Setter (Ecommerce Agencies & ERP Consultants)

About Us We are a SaaS company focused on ecommerce operations—helping brands streamline integrations, automate workflows, and connect systems like accounting, fulfillment, and inventory. We work with small to mid-sized omnichannel ecommerce businesses ($5M–$50M revenue) and are building a partner ecosystem of agencies and consultants who support these brands. The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can identify, engage, and book meetings with high-quality partner prospects. This is not a high-volume, spam-based role. Your success will come from thoughtful targeting and personalized outreach that leads to meaningful conversations. Key Responsibilities 1. Targeted Research Identify and build a list of high-quality partner prospects, including: Ecommerce agencies (Shopify, Shopify Plus, omnichannel) ERP consultants and implementation partners 3PL consultants / logistics advisors 2. Outreach & Engagement Conduct personalized outreach via: LinkedIn (primary channel) Email (when available) Craft tailored messages (no templates or mass spam) Position outreach as: Partnership opportunities Podcast invitations Strategic conversations 3. Appointment Setting Book qualified meetings directly on our calendar Ensure each meeting aligns with our target partner profile Target Partner Profile (ICP) Agencies or consultants working with ecommerce brands doing $5M–$50M in revenue Focus on B2B ecommerce or omnichannel retail Experience with one or more of the following platforms/ecosystems: NetSuite Shopify / Shopify Plus 3PL / fulfillment systems Microsoft Dynamics Acumatica Epicor Sage Intacct Based in North America (preferred) Deliverables Weekly list of targeted prospects Outreach tracking (messages sent, responses, follow-ups) Booked meetings with qualified partners Success Metrics Number of qualified meetings booked Response and engagement rates Relevance and quality of partner conversations What We’re Looking For Experience in B2B lead research + outreach + appointment setting Strong writing skills (you can craft messages that get responses) Ability to personalize outreach and think strategically High attention to detail and organization Nice to Have Experience in ecommerce, SaaS, or ERP ecosystems Familiarity with tools such as: LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Clay Compensation Base (hourly or fixed for pilot project) Performance-based bonus per qualified meeting booked Initial 2–4 week pilot, with potential for ongoing work To Apply, Please Include Examples of meetings you’ve booked (who you targeted and how) A sample outreach message you would send to an ecommerce agency or ERP consultant Your expected number of meetings you can book per week We are looking for someone who values quality over quantity and can help us build meaningful partnerships—not just generate leads.
