Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who thrives on building smart outbound engines and optimizing campaigns with precision? PX, the world’s leading customer acquisition platform, is looking for a B2B Campaign Manager to own and scale our outbound growth strategy.
In this role, you’ll design, experiment, and refine how we reach prospects, leveraging automation, personalization, AI tooling, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, and our top-tier Growth Agency partner in the Netherlands.
About the Role
• Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel outbound campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, and intent-based outreach)
• Run A/B tests and continuously optimize messaging and conversion through the funnel
• Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and identify improvements at every stage
• Align ICP segments and campaign messaging with Sales and Product
• Partner monthly with your 4-person internal Campaign team and our Growth Agency in the Netherlands to execute the most promising growth experiments

• Fluent in English, written and spoken

• Automation: Zapier, PhantomBuster, LinkedIn automation tools
• Intent Data: Clay, ZoomInfo, RB2B, Trigify
• Analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
• Bonus: Experience with pipeline-driven performance ads (LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, etc.)
• CRM: HubSpot
