This is 2 days onsite and 3 days remote. It is a CTH role and we are looking for GC holders or USC. • Primary Focus: • This team and role are focused on the Enterprise Correspondence systems, which serve as the digital backbone for customer communications. The position requires advanced system-level expertise, including hands-on experience with vendor platforms, communication management solutions, and enterprise-scale integration. The architect will play a key role in designing and optimizing these systems to ensure secure, scalable, and seamless customer engagement. • EXAMPLE/ADDITIONAL INFO: GM Financial uses a suite of enterprise correspondence systems for customer communication, leveraging digital and traditional channels. These systems are built around the MyAccount online portal and mobile app, using technologies from partners like Adobe and Oracle for digital delivery. • Digital Correspondence: • MyAccount and Mobile App: These platforms serve as the central hub for customer correspondence. Customers can securely access billing statements, payment history, and account details. They can also update their communication preferences, including opting for paperless billing. • AI-powered messaging: GM Financial's virtual assistant, Nanci, handles the initial contact for many digital inquiries. Nanci uses artificial intelligence to answer frequently asked questions and can seamlessly transfer more complex issues to a live customer advocate. A transcript of all messaging conversations is saved for 13 months. • Email: The company sends email notifications for paperless billing and other account alerts. Verification emails are also used to complete online registration for MyAccount. • Text messaging: Customers can opt in to receive text alerts for payment reminders and late payment notices. • Webinars: GM Financial uses webinars, in partnership with companies like Adobe, to share information and modernize digital communication with customers. Target Experience s Qualifications • Experience: • 2-4 years of relevant experience required • 4 + years preferred • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or other technical related field or equivalent experience highly preferred • Technical Skills: • Experience in Solution Architecture or Senior Software Engineering roles • Demonstrable understanding of modern frontend and backend software stacks, cloud native and on-premises infrastructure • Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Azure preferred. • Experience in delivering digital capabilities that power consumer-facing products. • Experience in content authoring, personalization, analytics platform, and delivery channels preferred. • Experience in Mobile and Network architecture preferred. • Experience in large-scale digital transformation delivery preferred • Experience in regulated industry/compliance, AI/ML, and edge computing knowledge preferred.
