Automation Specialist – GoHighLevel, Zapier & JobTread (Contract)

Seeking HighLevel / Zapier / JobTread Automation Pro (Project + Ongoing Retainer) We’re a residential remodeling company (kitchen, bath, basements + small carpentry) looking for a systems-minded automation specialist to connect our tech stack and kill admin work. If you live in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and JobTread and love building clean, repeatable automations for real-world contractors, this is for you. The Mission Design and implement automations so: • Every lead from HighLevel is tracked and pushed into JobTread correctly • Status changes in JobTread update pipelines, tasks, and communication in HighLevel • Key events trigger workflows (estimates sent, jobs won/lost, change orders, invoices, etc.) • My team stops double-entering data and chases jobs, not paperwork Your job is to turn our messy manual processes into a simple, dependable machine. Scope of Work (Phase 1: Project) • Audit our current setup in: • HighLevel (funnels, pipelines, triggers, campaigns) • Zapier (existing / needed Zaps, webhooks) • JobTread (jobs, customers, stages, fields) • Map out “source of truth” for: • Leads • Jobs • Communication / follow-up • Build and document automations, such as: • New lead in HighLevel → Customer / Job created or updated in JobTread • Job stage changes in JobTread → Pipeline/status updates + tasks in HighLevel • Automated reminders / notifications to keep jobs moving • Create a simple playbook / SOP my team can follow Ongoing Retainer (Phase 2, Optional) After the initial build, we’d like a monthly retainer for: • Monitoring / fixing failed Zaps or workflows • Small improvements as our processes evolve • Adding new automations as we grow You’re a Fit If: • You have proven experience with: • GoHighLevel (or LeadConnector) • Zapier (webhooks, filters, paths) • JobTread (or similar construction project management tools) • You think in flows, triggers, and edge cases • You care about clear documentation and handoff, not hero coding • You’ve worked with contractors, home services, or similar field-service businesses (bonus) How to Apply Send: • Brief intro and relevant experience • 2–3 examples of automation builds you’ve done (what tools and what outcome) • Your proposal for Phase 1: • Estimated hours • Flat-fee range • Rough timeline Subject line: “Automation – HighLevel / Zap / JobTread” We’re ready to move quickly.
