Wellbeing Centre London is a privately run center located in Fulham, South West London, dedicated to providing a diverse range of mental health services. Our team consists of qualified and experienced counselors, psychologists, complementary therapists, and coaches who work with adults, couples, and children aged 8 and above. We prioritize finding the right therapeutic fit for each client to ensure effective interventions.

To be considered for this post you must:

- Be an Accredited Psychotherapist or Counselling Psychologist

- Be Accredited as a Psychotherapist by BACP, UKCP or BABCP

- OR be Accredited by HCPC

- Work with Couples or Adolescents/Teens in addition to working with individual adults

- Have at least 5 years POST-QUALIFICATION experience

- Be able to hold FACE TO FACE sessions in Putney

- Live a maximum of 1 hour from Putney

- Available at least 1 evening per week and six sessions per week

Psychotherapist - £55 - £84+ p/ session

Therapist Couples - £84.50- £90

Counselling Psychologist - £78 - £85 + p/session

Summary

We are seeking a Psychotherapist or a Counselling Psychologist to join our team at Wellbeing Centre London. In this role, you will provide tailored therapeutic support to clients, helping them navigate their mental health challenges. You will benefit from a consultant-like working environment without the burdens of marketing or overhead costs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients.
• Provide face to face psychotherapy sessions in accordance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with clients.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

• Qualified psychotherapist with relevant accreditation
• Using CBT amongst other modalities
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience in developing care plans tailored to individual needs.
• Proficiency in IT systems for record-keeping and client management
• Have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Manage your own diary and emails and provide timely communication with the centre and our clients
• Experience in working with a wide range of presenting issues of varying degree
• Have excellent communication skills and empathetic solution - based approach
• Be confident and positive, providing first class service to our clients
• Ability to offer at least six hours a week, and ability to offer some evening hours (at least one evening per week).
• Be available on Monday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday

Must have:

-Regular supervision and keep records of your ongoing continuing professional development
-Reliable internet connection and anti-virus and anti-malware installed on your computer equipment.
-Comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
-A good understanding of professional guidelines and codes of practice.
