As an Associate Managing Director, you will lead a team of Strategic Growth Managers and Partner Success Advisors to cultivate strong relationships, uncover new opportunities, and ensure the success and growth of Q-Centrix partnerships across your assigned territory. Requirements 4-6+ years of business development, enterprise sales, or account leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or health tech. 1–3 years of direct experience engaging and partnering with C-suite executives to drive business outcomes. Proven success in managing large, strategic accounts with complex decision-making structures. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams. Executive presence and experience engaging health system leadership, including C-suite stakeholders. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with healthcare operations, clinical data, or provider performance improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
