Job Description:
• Support diagnostic and discovery efforts by gathering, organizing, and synthesizing client, market, and role-specific insights.
• Apply foundational instructional design and adult learning principles to ensure resources are practical, engaging, and effective for commercial audiences.
• Customize Prominence frameworks, tools, and learning materials to reflect specific therapeutic areas, commercial models, and role expectations.
• Adapt solutions for a range of engagement scopes, from single-role initiatives to multi-therapeutic-area, multi-role deployments.
• Ensure all deliverables are practical, relevant, and grounded in client realities rather than off-the-shelf solutions.
• Continuously refine materials based on client feedback, evolving market dynamics, and emerging commercial challenges.
• Support initiatives across commercial excellence focus areas, including strategic account management, customer segmentation, stakeholder mapping, and value-based engagement.
• Participate in internal and client meetings with professionalism, preparation, and growing consultative confidence.
• Collaborate with consulting team members to analyze customer and market data that informs solution design and commercial recommendations.
• Incorporate feedback from senior consultants and client stakeholders to improve solution quality and impact.
• Manage assigned tasks and timelines across multiple projects with strong attention to detail, quality, and follow-through.
• Develop polished, client-ready deliverables including presentations, documents, and tools that meet Prominence’s standards for clarity, accuracy, and strategic value.
• Adhere to consulting best practices, confidentiality requirements, and quality expectations in all work products and interactions.
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, management consulting, or a commercial learning and development environment.
• Foundational understanding of: - The pharmaceutical marketplace - Commercial structures and roles - Interactions between commercial, market access, and medical teams
• Demonstrated experience supporting needs assessments, solution design, or learning/resource development for commercial audiences.
• Experience producing polished, detailed, and client-ready deliverables in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Working knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles applied to professional or commercial training contexts.
• High level of comfort with Microsoft 365 tools and modern collaboration platforms.
