Identity Digital Inc. is a company focused on compliance and risk management. The Associate Compliance Analyst will assist in developing compliance programs and policies while ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of compliance programs, including policies, procedures, and training materials
- Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and summarize key findings; coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement policy changes
- Support the internal audit process to identify potential compliance risks
- Assist in preparation for and conducting external audits, including ISO27001
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation
- Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training programs to employees
- Participate in reviewing and updating of company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance and Legal teams as needed
- Assist with data privacy related tasks such as research and documentation
- Take part in reviewing escalations related to sanctions compliance, DNS Abuse, and other matters from compliance teams
- Actively model and promote Identity Digital’s core values through day-to-day interactions, behaviors, and decision-making
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1-4 years of experience in a compliance, risk management or audit related role
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced organization
- Superior attention to detail and strong auditing skills
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work across time zones as part of a global organization as needed
