California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA) is a self-supporting state agency that provides productive work opportunities and job skills to incarcerated individuals to reduce recidivism and increase public and prison safety. The Associate Accounting Analyst (AAA) coordinates, prepares, reconciles, and analyzes various functions of CALCTRA's Fiscal Accounting Services division.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates, prepares, reconciles, and analyzes various functions of the California Correctional Training and Rehabilitation Authority's (CALCTRA's) Fiscal Accounting Services division in accordance with the policies and procedures of the State of California
Skills

- Customer Service work Experience
- Report Running; include specific experience with SAGE, Pivot Table, V-Lookup, SUMIF if applicable
- Reconciling Work Experience
- Government (Federal, state, local) Accounting Work Experience
- Analyzing Financial Data Work Experience
- College AA/Degree w/ Emphasis in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Math
