Job Posting Title AVP, Supply Chain - Remote Job Description The AVP, Supply Chain will be responsible for the overall COGs and growth strategy for Prime's owned dispensing pharmacies (Retail, Mail and Specialty). This role will oversee negotiations, contracting and account management for our pharma, wholesaler, and GPO partners. This role will oversee a team who is responsible for driving competitive pricing from the market, biosimilar strategy and growing our limited distribution drugs and overall drug access footprint. Responsibilities Negotiating wholesaler, direct manufacturer and GPO contracts for Mail, Specialty, and Retail Manage Strategic targeting and execution of access for key limited distribution drug products Contract management oversight – tracking/ monitoring of executed contracts and their respective term dates Wholesaler and manufacturer account management Creating audit mechanisms to ensure receiving value we are contractually entitled to Monitoring Pipeline (Biosimilars, Generics and new to market products Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Healthcare or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience 10 years of work experience in Industry Relations and/or Supply Chain 8 years of leadership/people management experience 3 years of Specialty Pharmacy industry experience Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications Strong strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills. Excellent facilitation, presentation, and consultative skills. Knowledge and understanding of long-range financial planning, its importance to strategic initiatives, and the ability to translate business needs into financial models complete with return on investment. Proven ability to inspire cross functional teams to meet business objectives with outstanding results Preferred Qualifications Master's or MBA degree in Business or Healthcare Administration. Process Improvement experience (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen) PBM experience Potential pay for this position ranges from $164,000.00 - $279,000.00 based on experience and skills.
