Amazon Campaign Manager

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Campaign Manager to oversee and optimize advertising campaigns across five product listings in the US marketplace.
This role requires 5+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with a proven track record of scaling prestige beauty, fragrance, or premium CPG brands while maintaining profitability and brand positioning.

Develop and execute full-funnel strategy across:
Sponsored Products
Sponsored Brands
Sponsored Brand Video
Sponsored Display
Conduct advanced keyword research and competitive conquesting
Structure campaigns for efficient scaling and controlled TACOS
Optimize bids, placements, and targeting to improve ROAS and contribution margin
Manage budgets with strong profitability discipline
Continuously test creative, audiences, and keyword segmentation
Deliver clear weekly performance reporting with actionable insights
Required Qualifications
5+ years managing Amazon PPC campaigns
Demonstrated experience scaling prestige beauty or premium brands
Deep understanding of Amazon’s ranking algorithm and ad auction mechanics
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Experience operating at $30K+/month in ad spend (preferred)
Ability to balance brand integrity with aggressive growth targets
