Responsibilities:
- Listing Management: Create and optimize compelling Airbnb listings to attract guests.
- Guest Communication: Promptly respond to guest inquiries and provide pre-arrival information and support.
- Guest Welcome: Ensure a warm and welcoming arrival experience for guests, providing property details and answering questions.
- Property Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appeal of the properties.
- Guest Satisfaction: Proactively ensure guests have a positive and enjoyable stay.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordination: Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure properties are guest-ready.
- Review Management: Monitor guest reviews and feedback, and implement improvements based on insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
