This is a research-to-production role — you will design and run experiments, develop novel models and algorithms, and translate cutting-edge research into features that directly improve the experience of over 1 million users. You will work at the intersection of natural language processing, speech understanding, and real-time AI systems. Your research will inform how our copilot listens, understands, and responds — making it faster, more accurate, and more contextually aware. You will collaborate closely with engineering and product to ensure that promising research is prototyped, validated, and shipped into production. The ideal candidate is a rigorous researcher who is equally comfortable reading papers, running experiments, and writing production-quality code.
