Affiliate Marketing Lead (Southeast Asia)
About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and organized Affiliate Marketing Supervisor to lead our
affiliate partnership efforts across Southeast Asia markets. Your primary mission is to scout,
engage, and onboard a diverse range of creators to promote our products through authentic,
high-engagement content. This is a remote role.
Your Mission
- Influencer Scouting Onboarding: Identify and recruit nano, micro, and macro affiliates on TikTok, Meta, Shopee, and Lazada who align with our target profile (primarily female, aged 20-35).
- Partnership Management: Manage earned and barter partnerships with affiliate commissions on major marketplace platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
- Content Direction: Ensure creators produce fun, genuine, short-form content (15-30s) using trending songs and showing real results (e.g., Soft Clean Skin before/after).
- Data Management: Proactively update a dedicated tracking sheet with prospect list and partnership data for daily weekly reviews.
- Goal Achievement: Deliver at least 25-30 completed new partnerships per month across assigned markets, overseeing the entire lifecycle from scouting to posting.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven experience in influencer outreach, affiliate marketing, or creator scouting, preferably within the beauty niche.
- Platform Expertise: Strong skills in navigating TikTok, Meta social platforms and marketplace platforms (Lazada, Shopee) to find effective relevant nano/micro/macro-affiliates.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills for outreach via DMs, emails, and other channels.
- Traits: Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple markets simultaneously. Additional Southeast Asian language skills are a bonus.
