Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager with a strong background in performance marketing to help manage and grow our affiliate and publisher network.
This role will begin at approximately 20 hours per week and is expected to expand to full-time for the right candidate as campaigns scale.
You must be able to work during U.S. business hours and have experience managing affiliates, publishers, or media buyers in a performance-based marketing environment.
Our company runs campaigns across several high-value verticals including legal, healthcare, and financial services. Experience in legal marketing is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and publishers
• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners
• Coordinate campaign launches and partner integrations
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize traffic quality
• Track leads, conversions, and payouts
• Communicate with publishers to increase volume and performance
• Identify new traffic sources and partnership opportunities
• Help scale successful campaigns
Ideal Experience
• 3+ years in affiliate marketing or performance marketing
• Experience with lead generation campaigns (CPL / CPA / CPQ models)
• Experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, or media buyers
• Strong relationship management and communication skills
• Comfortable working with tracking platforms, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in legal marketing or mass tort campaigns
• Experience in healthcare or financial lead generation
