Job Description:
• Analyzes and forecasts financial, economic, and other data
• Establishes metrics and provides data analyses
• Evaluates industry, economic, financial, and market trends
• Ensures data integrity by developing and executing necessary processes and controls
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business needs/issues
• Troubleshoots problems and conducts root cause analysis
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Successful completion of at least 3 actuarial exams
• Meets requirements for Humana's Actuarial Professional Development Program (APDP)
• Strong communication skills
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
• Strong technical skills, especially SQL and VBA
• Individual Medicare Advantage experience
