You will work closely with our team to receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in our Oracle system and other software platforms. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Process customer purchase orders to meet customer and company commitments * Strive to continually improve the level of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient order processing * Receive, edit, and enter incoming customer purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner * Review, verify, and make corrections as necessary to orders to ensure accurate information and order specifications * Contact customers to resolve unclear issues and ensure customer satisfaction * Manage orders in the business system through the entire order cycle * Screen all international customer orders to ensure compliance with required regulations, policies, and procedures * Gather information for measurement, analysis, and reporting * Collaborate with the team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity **Essential Qualifications** * 3-5 years of data entry and/or customer support experience * Customer interaction experience is preferred * Computer experience including use of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Oracle experience is required * Education: Associates Degree preferred, and 2 years of experience * Paid Training * Must be punctual, reliable, and dependable * Ability to work independently in a remote environment **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with CRM and/or ERP business systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Skills and Competencies** * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to learn new software programs and systems quickly * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
