Job Summary We are seeking a Teacher (Independent Study/Homeschool) for Valley View Charter Prep to support students in Alameda and Contra Costa counties. This role supports student success by delivering standards-aligned instruction using school- and state-approved curriculum, monitoring progress toward learning goals and California Standards, and supporting each student’s academic and social-emotional needs. Required Documents Required documents to upload with your application: Requirements / Qualifications Requirements / Qualifications • Possess and maintain valid California Teaching Credential for level of instruction • English Learner authorization • Experience and knowledge of the Common Core standards and standards-based curriculum, behavior management techniques, record keeping, student assessment, planning for individual student learning needs, and child development • Able to travel with reliable transportation to various locations to accomplish objectives of this role Salary Info Refer to Salary Schedule link below.
