Summary Highstreet IT is seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Architect to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations across global clients. This role demands a strategic architecture leader with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM, strong delivery oversight, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining solution architecture, driving end-to-end PPM implementations, and shaping enterprise transformation programs. This is a leadership role that blends architecture, client advisory, delivery governance, and practice development.   Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management) Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations. Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions. Strengthen PPM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks. Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across PPM programs. Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development. Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
