Job title: Freelance Product Development Coordinator, Beauty Company: JBC Job description: , Posted October 10, 2022 #194422 INTERNAL NOTES: Pay: $18.62 – $28.54/hour REQ ID: 4771 FOR VICTORIA'S SECRET BEAUTY Title: Freelance Product Development Coordinator, Beauty Location: Remote Start: ASAP Duration: January 2023 Hours: Fulltime Pay: $20-$28/hour DOE Job Description: • Manage the execution and processing of systems workflow (BAFs, PDR, IPAF and Fiori Workflows) • Assist with communication on programs with fragrance houses and contract manufacturers • Track fragrance house submissions • Coordinate the request and distribution of fragrance samples to the team for evaluation and for presentations • Responsible for following up with vendors • Requesting bulk for Design and PKG • Requesting Samples for Merch, Design and Copy • Provide sampling support for consumer testing • Tracking Stability info • Confirming Vendor submission forms Data Management/Reporting • Update reports and systems accurately • Gain exposure to the fragrance house and vendor brief process • Begin to build understanding of end-to-end workflow process and development milestones QUALIFICATIONS: • 1-2 years related experience • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever changing environment • Strong time Management skills • Proficiency with MS Office EDUCATION: • Bachelor's Degree preferred Expected salary: $18.62 - 28.54 per hour Location: New York City, NY Apply for the job now!
