In-House Counsel for Legal and Regulatory Affairs

Description The Counsel for Legal and Regulatory Affairs will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research and providing guidance on legal issues that affect company dealer members, particularly focusing on automobile sales and finance law, as well as vehicle advertising law. The role also includes advocating on behalf of company members at various regulatory agencies, such as the Bureau of Automotive Repair, and assisting company staff in keeping track of new laws (both state and federal case law, statutory changes, and regulatory changes) impacting franchised new car dealers.
