Position: Hybrid Personal & Business Assistant (Part-Time) Overview Business-forward, professional, hybrid role) Personal & Business Operations Assistant (Part-Time, Hybrid) About the role Los Angeles–based creative entrepreneur and founder of an immersive media company, looking for a high-trust, highly organized part-time assistant to support both business operations and personal logistics. This is a hybrid role: some in-person support (errands, personal logistics, creative studio and Airbnb coordination) and some remote work (email, calendar, follow-ups, social posting). The goal of this role is simple: help provide support across personal life and business more smoothly. Responsibilities • Business & Operations: Manage calendar, scheduling, and reminders • Business & Operations: Organize inbox, draft responses, and flag priorities • Business & Operations: Track follow-ups and outreach • Business & Operations: Support with social media posting and light blogging and website copy • Business & Operations: Coordinate meetings, calls, and ongoing projects • Personal & Logistics: Coordinate personal task (on scheduled days) • Personal & Logistics: Ordering and manage errands • Personal & Logistics: Personal and business travel planning • Personal & Logistics: Support Studio and Airbnb property management (guest messages, cleaners, restocking, scheduling) • Personal & Logistics: Act as a point person for vendors and logistics • Personal & Logistics: Highly organized and proactive • Personal & Logistics: Comfortable and trusted with personal/family life logistics • Personal & Logistics: Strong communicator (written + verbal) • Personal & Logistics: Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, calendars, email, social platforms) • Personal & Logistics: Discreet, reliable, and detail-oriented • Personal & Logistics: Lives in or near Los Angeles and can work hybrid Compensation • Opportunity to grow with the role To apply Please send: • Short note on why this role fits you • At least one professional reference (child-related or admin preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
