Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a tech-driven project management tool stack, including Teamwork, Figma, BugHerd, BrowserStack, and other relevant tools. Plan and execute all deliverables and resource allocation across web-related projects. Ensure high-quality outcomes by implementing rigorous QA processes for deliverables, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations. Oversee web development projects, including HubSpot CMS and Shopify implementations, migrations, custom builds, and optimizations. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans. Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors, ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. Assist with vetting additional resources when needed for specialized technical requirements. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, proactively solving problems and ensuring that all projects stay on track. Facilitate regular check-ins with relevant team members to ensure ongoing alignment. Communicate project progress to clients and internal stakeholders, including milestones, challenges, and solutions. Document technical requirements, workflows, and change logs for all projects to ensure a clear record. Experience and Qualification Requirements: Intermediate/Advanced HubSpot CMS knowledge is required. E-commerce platforms or custom web application knowledge is a plus. Proven track record of delivering web-focused technical projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Proficient in managing projects involving HubSpot CMS, Shopify, and other web technologies. Strong technical understanding of web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integrations, and responsive design principles. Familiarity with web performance optimization, UX best practices, and technical SEO. Experience with website migrations, custom themes, and integrations with third-party applications. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct independent due diligence to resolve issues. Skilled at coordinating and managing cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketing technologists. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders. Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM), a plus.
