We are seeking a skilled, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented HubSpot Support Specialist to partner with our CRM Administrator in maintaining, optimizing, and advancing our HubSpot CRM platform. This remote role requires a process-driven professional with the ability to understand both the technical execution and the strategic impact of HubSpot’s integration with other business systems. In this role, you will ensure data integrity, support workflow and automation development, and leverage HubSpot’s AI and advanced capabilities to streamline processes, enhance decision-making, and drive business value. Key Responsibilities Support ongoing data hygiene, including de-duplication, normalization, and historical data cleanup Monitor and maintain data accuracy across HubSpot and integrated systems Identify data inconsistencies, recommend solutions, and execute fixes in partnership with the CRM Administrator Assist in designing, testing, and deploying workflows and automations to streamline sales, marketing, and service processes Help build AI-driven efficiencies in HubSpot, including predictive analytics, engagement tools, and process optimization Document and maintain workflow logic to ensure clarity, transparency, and scalability Provide day-to-day user support by troubleshooting and resolving issues within HubSpot Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and translate them into CRM enhancements Assist with role-based permissions, property management, and object configuration under the guidance of the CRM Administrator Partner with the CRM Administrator to understand HubSpot’s integration with other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools, customer support platforms) Help test, monitor, and maintain integrations to ensure reliable and consistent data flow Identify and escalate cross-platform issues or risks that could impact business processes Required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1–3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or a comparable system Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage and maintain large datasets Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose efficient solutions Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to see the big picture and understand how system changes impact broader business processes and integrations Experience with HubSpot AI tools and advanced capabilities Experience with system integrations (e.g., Zapier, APIs, or native connectors) preferred HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, Operations Software) preferred Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on HubSpot features, updates, and best practices Perks Health, dental, and vision plans Amazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off 10 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays 401K Programs with employer match Personal assistance programs for support in a healthy personal and work life Why Veracity?
