Role Description These individuals will be taking in information from MCMC's clients, and entering it into their systems. Most of the information are independent Medical Reviews. When new cases come in (the information) they log the information and process it through to the next stage. The form comes in, they pull the data, and then enter it into Microsoft Word or Excel. • Understand HIPAA Regulations (not an expert level, but awareness of handling sensitive information) • Reliable, accurate, and thorough Qualifications • Data entry • Microsoft Office • Administrative support • Microsoft Excel • Microsoft Word • Microsoft Outlook Requirements • Microsoft Word - turn things into a PDF, insert tables onto documents • Microsoft Excel - Pivot Tables, insert columns • Awareness of HIPAA Benefits • Medical, dental & vision • Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital • 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available • Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) • Short and long-term disability • Health Spending Account (HSA) • Transportation benefits • Employee Assistance Program • Time Off/Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.
