Google Ads + Website Specialist for Vehicle Rental / Service Business (Immediate Launch)

We are a vehicle rental / service business preparing for a major growth phase in Spring and Summer. We need an experienced Google Ads + Website + Local SEO operator who can take ownership of getting our website fully live, properly connected to Google, and generating leads quickly. This is not a branding exercise. This is an execution role. We already have a domain, partial website work in progress, and business infrastructure in place. Our priority is: • Getting the site live and technically correct • Getting Google properly connected (Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile, Ads) • Launching high-intent Google Ads for lead generation What You Will Be Responsible For (Phase 1 – Immediate) • Review and assess our current website and domain setup • Resolve Google verification issues (Search Console, Business Profile, DNS, etc.) • Ensure proper Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking • Finalize website structure for lead generation (clear CTAs, booking / contact flow) • Launch initial Google Ads campaigns (search-first, local intent) • Advise on best setup regarding physical address requirements for Google visibility Phase 2 – Growth & Optimization (30–90 days) • Optimize Google Ads performance (CPC, conversions, ROAS) • Improve landing pages for conversion rate • Local SEO improvements (maps, reviews, citations if applicable) • Ongoing reporting and recommendations Required Experience Please do not apply unless you have: • Multiple years experience with Google Ads and lead generation • Proven experience resolving Google verification / local business issues • Deep knowledge of Search Console, Analytics, Tag Manager, and PPC tracking • Experience working with service-based or local businesses • Ability to explain technical issues clearly and propose solutions How to Apply (Important) Please include: 1.
