If you’re passionate about creating exceptional food and making a positive impact on village life, we’d love to hear from you. • 2:1 Roster • Breakfast, Dinner & Crib experience required • FIFO from Perth The Role • Buffet style bulk cooking for Breakfast, Dinner and Crib Lunch, Dessert and Pastries • Work collaboratively with a team of Chefs, Kitchen Utilities and Dining Room attendants • Ensure OH&S compliance, adhering to safe work practices and food handling procedures • Ensure all catering controls are in place, and wastage is kept to the minimum • Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards The Person • Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery • Bulk Catering Experience • Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations • Experience with hygienic work practices and appropriate HACCP guidelines • Able to pass Pre-Employment Medicals • National Police Clearance (within 6 months) The Benefits You will have the support, infrastructure, systems and processes you would expect from a global organisation.
