Responsibilities Facilitate engaging learning sessions that develop participants' skills, both in-person and online Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive learning environment for all Keep track of participant progress and performance, offering feedback to encourage growth Administer all training logistics, from class preparation to tracking evaluations Follow structured guides to lead discussions and activities that enhance learning Pursue opportunities for personal growth in facilitation and classroom management Coach learners on specific skills to help them succeed in their roles Skills Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future Associate's degree or equivalent combination of training and/or work experience 1+ year(s) of training delivery experience and 3+ years in the functional area or a related business unit Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Communicate clearly with all levels of management and team members Think critically and analyze effectively Organize and prioritize tasks efficiently Engage with the public professionally Feel comfortable presenting to groups both online and in person Benefits Comprehensive pay and benefits package Incentive-based compensation such as bonuses Company Overview Spectrum is a cable telecommunications company that offers a range of home entertainment and information services.
