Competitive Wages and Benefits: • Family-friendly benefits including Health, Dental and Vision • Paid vacation • Paid holidays • Employee meat purchase program Responsibilities Fabrication Production Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist individuals with filling out vacations and/or excuse in advance forms Answer phones Assist employees with payroll issues Perform basic office duties Data entry Assist with processing time-cards for payroll Document attendance Communicate with other departments regarding employee issues Assist employees with any other concerns they may have Other duties as assigned Schedule will vary based on Production needs. This is a safety sensitive position. This is not a remote position. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Fabrication Production Clerk position should possess the following: UKG (Kronos) experience preferred but not required Ability to use phone, fax, scanner and copier Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong listening/comprehension skills Strong work ethic, a self-starter with a positive attitude Reliable attendance with the willingness to be at work every day on time Good time management skills Perform tasks accurately and efficiently Ability to work as a team and also at times alone Must be available to work scheduled evening fabrication production hours Ability to multi-task Computer knowledge, proficient in Excel, and the aptitude for learning computer programs quickly Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) is preferred Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.
