Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Restock merchandise, maintain store displays, and ensure a safe and clean working environment. Assist with Other Duties as Needed: Participate in store events, assist with visual merchandising, and perform other duties as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous Retail or Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and associates. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer issues and provide solutions to meet customer needs. Time Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology, including cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and other software applications. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience in the Home Improvement Industry: Previous experience working in the home improvement industry, with knowledge of products and services.
