As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a supportive team that handles telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries, providing comprehensive solutions to complex healthcare-related issues. **About the Role** As a member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for handling a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You will be expected to: * Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries related to insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges * Provide real-time support during time-sensitive situations * Manage multiple systems and navigate complex healthcare-related issues * Deliver comprehensive solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Collaborate with a supportive team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience **What We Look For** We're looking for individuals with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to healthcare-related calls. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required.
