Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. You will be expected to: * Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries related to insurance verifications, benefits education, billing questions, prescription issues, and technical challenges * Provide real-time support during time-sensitive situations * Manage multiple systems and navigate complex healthcare-related issues * Deliver comprehensive solutions to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded * Collaborate with a supportive team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience **What We Look For** We're looking for individuals with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to healthcare-related calls. While customer service experience is a plus, it's not required.
